Anyway about the tournament at first it was quite boring until new player came to our table. Straight after joining our table he asked from guy next to me if he was Finnish. No he wasn't. Then he asked if I am, and bingo! I was like "what the hell, how did you know that?" and he answered that he can smell Finns. That's quite scary! Himself he had moved from Stockholm to London couple of months ago and now he was playing some poker with his friends. Anyway he was very funny guy and a bit drunk as well like Nordics usually are. Not bad poker player either, one of the bests of the table straight after me ;)
Tournament didn't turn out to be bad either, 3rd position and £360 prize money. Anyway I'm still a bit disappointed about the way I lost my stack.. I could have played better without risking that much, because I was dominating the 3-handed. Two another players were very weak and myself I'm exactly specialized in playing with short stacks, since I've gained my experience from thousands of Sit and Go tournaments. Also the money difference between 3rd and 2nd was £160, quite much.. Now I have collected top 3 finish positions from all of the places I've been playing poker. Next I should start to look at the victories, they pay so much more!
Entire week has been quite boring, working is not very interesting and it takes way too much time from the day.. Also the weather is still very poor. Today I got my Subway clubcard what might be quite useful, since I'm taking a breakfast baguette to the job every morning. £2.28 is not a bad price at all for footlong baguette! Anyway you can choose just special breakfast meat and three salads into it, but it's not such a big problem. Jalapeños!
F1 qualifying starts 7am, I haven't yet decided if I should stay up or sleep couple of hours.. Maybe I'll try to sleep a bit and trick my brains to think I have slept all night long, so I won't feel tired tomorrow.. ;)
Btw just realized it was Friday 13th, and that's supposed to be the day of unlucky? lol. Superstitious people are crazy!
