Fish and Chips*

No, I'm not talking about food. I'm talking about last night in Aspers casino.
I started playing £40+5 tournament 8pm just an hour after quick visit in our flat. Spending 2 hours of day to moving from flat to job and back is really annoying. Anyway the casino is in Stratford only couple of kilometres away from our flat, so it takes only like 15 minutes to get back to there.

I started tournament very well and quickly doubled up my stack against very weak player (He was probably playing first time in casino). He still got some chips behind him and later I dropped him off, both times I had three of kind against his one pair. It's so enjoyable to play strong hands against players who you can read perfectly. Before first break I had one of the biggest stacks of the tournament and that place I kept until I dropped out, little bit too early to be completely satisfied..

I ended up to be 3rd what was a small disappointment. I had 2nd biggest stack when three players were left and 3rd guy had much less chips than two of us. So I had counted myself to top 2 and cashing out at least £700. Anyway now I had to take a coin flip against chipleader with my top pair against his flush draw. It was about 50/50% and with winning that flip I would have almost secured my victory and prize money of £1000. Unfortunately this time the chipleader hit his flush in turn and my game was over. 3 am, walking back to Leytonstone £445 in my pocket. At least it wasn't raining anymore, like it was earlier yesterday. It's funny that I had just exchanged £259, so now I have way too much pounds. I think I should pay rent of the apartment with cash for next couple of weeks... Or lose them all when I won't be this lucky in upcoming tournaments! ;)
